Nicolas Stephens

Having spent eight years living and working abroad and moving around a lot, I have a profound understanding of the importance of ‘home’, a place you feel safe and comfortable and can let your guard down. Considering your values and needs and dedicating my time and service to enable you to locate and create that space is my number one priority.

As technical writer and teacher, I developed an eye for detail and ability to explain the process in an easy to grasp way. Since KW utilizes AI technologies, my research is powered the latest innovations to reach the best outcomes for you. In addition, I’ve conditioned a never-give-up attitude (finishers mindset) through combat martial arts and lifelong training and education. I will always be in corner! I’m relentless in pursuing the goal of getting you what you need for the best price; and I never quit working on your behalf, even when it gets tough. In the end I want what you want: a home you will love and cherish.
